Morphing Propeller Technology For General Aviation Electric Aircraft
Since most of us to explore alternative energy, innovation and environmental technologies for hybrid cars, we realize that they are designed with regenerative systems. For example, regenerative braking system for hybrid cars is friction brakes are for slowing the car and collect the kinetic energy to put a battery charge. It makes perfect sense, but if we are dealing with an aircraft in flight?
Would not it be nice that, when a plane drops altitude, would be to use all the energy that is created with the nose down and the aircraft accelerates and recycle? Surely, we would like to do this and the only problem is the extra weight needed for such a system and how to put that energy into a form that can be used for future progress.
There are some air power, but in general the batteries weigh too much, so it’s a problem that you know the plan must be very lightweight and made of lightweight materials to fly. But it is my belief that in the near future we will have batteries that perhaps the skin of the aircraft, which is very light. And then it is reasonable to have Electric Aircraft, rather than air flowing out of kerosene.
Well, since this potential future event is imminent, it makes sense to initiate a regenerative energy capture when the plane slows down, while flying, while falling from a height of Engineering. This would be easier with a prop plane in which the pitch can be increased, and when it falls it will charge the batteries.
Interestingly, there was a military plane jumping out of wind turbines, which recharges the batteries while the aircraft is flying, or fall at any time, and such systems have been used to pressure hydraulic systems as well. Thus, these systems already exist, but I would suggest that a general air why not use propellers, which are already there, to do this.
Serbia’s future in a lot of wonderful uses for new materials. One of these interesting properties of these new materials will be morphing technologies and skills. Morphing technologies for blades of wind turbines that now, and in the final stages of research and prototypes will be available soon. They allow the helicopter to run silent and have more lift to start, but less drag during flight.
We need to use these technologies to develop improved propellers for GA aircraft, particularly for airline flights or electric hybrids in the future. Then we can use these propellers to help us with our regenerative systems. Yes, I hope you will consider this.
